Over the 15-month program, we emphasize character, integrity, hard work, and respect. We create a culture of positive peer pressure. We give boys ownership in work projects and special events on campus to keep them involved in what is their home away from home. We put a strong emphasis on mentorship, providing the boys with positive male role models during their enrollment with us.
