In the course of our 15-month program, we work to develop character, integrity, hard work, and respect. We cultivate an atmosphere of positive peer pressure. We give boys responsibility for work projects and chapel services on campus to keep them engaged in what is their home away from home. We desire to see residents grow in their faith in Christ, and we provide worship, chapel services, Bible studies, discipleship, retreats and mission trip opportunities toward that end.

At Treasure Coast Boys Ranch, we keep troubled boys physically active and challenged. Our recreational and sports facilities include a well-equipped gym and weight machines, soccer field, baseball diamond, basketball court, pool, game room, fishing ponds, and horses. Many adventures to be found heredemonstrate the troubled boy that life can be simultaneously adventuresome and constructive.

While we conduct individual, group, and family counseling in traditional settings, we find that most life-changing conversations tend to occur during outdoor activities and in the course of daily life. Counseling is offered frequently during the day, in all settings, through conversations with mentors during chores or recreation. We place a strong emphasis on mentorship, providing the boys with positive male role models during their residence with us.
